The Prince of Wales has been sporting a brand new accessory during his visit to South Africa and royal fans took notice.
Royal fans went into an absolute frenzy after spotted Prince William wearing a gift from his daughter, Princess Charlotte, during his four-day trip to South Africa.
The Prince of Wales has been touring South Africa since Monday where he will stay until Thursday to promote his passion project, the Earthshot Prize.
William is championing sustainability during the trip as he’s been showcasing sustainable clothing throughout his appearances.
But it was another detail which caught the royal fans’ attention and made them go wild.
The future King was snapped sporting a so-called Taylor Swift friendship bracelet on his right wrist which featured the word “Papa”.
The Taylor Swift friendship bracelets became extremely popular during the US singer’s Eras tour, which William attended in London with George and Charlotte on his birthday back in June.
William and Princess Kate’s children have been photographed wearing the friendship bracelet throughout the summer and it is known that Princess Charlotte likes making them.
During a visit to a school in Wales back in September, William revealed his youngest child, Louis, always tries to “steal” Charlotte’s jewellery. It is understood that the bracelet was made and given to the heir to the throne by his daughter.
Royal fans could not contain their excitement over William’s latest accessory and took to social media to express their jubilation.
One user wrote on X: “The sweetest thing you’ll see today! Prince William is wearing a bracelet that says ‘PAPA’. I haven’t read that anyone gave it to him in South Africa, and we know his children call him that, so it’s likely one of them—or all of them—gave it to him!
