Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might be returning back to their royal duties as per royal insider sources.

Speaking to Daily Express UK, both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are open to the idea and claimed that it was never their intention to give up responsibilities as a senior member of the royal family. However, when it comes down to Meghan, she’s more willing to do so if and only if she gets a personal invite from King Charles himself.

“Harry has repeatedly said that it was never his intention to give up or surrender his senior royal duties” – the insider continued.

In a perfect world, she shared that Harry and Meghan would have been able to move forward with passion projects while serving the crown. This would be similar to how Prince Edward, Harry’s uncle, and his wife Sophie, who is the Duchess of Edinburgh, function.

The insider also clarified that it was the late Queen’s decision to allow Harry and Meghan to completely leave their royal duties and move to America.

“They never offered either one of them the chance to pursue their personal passions. It was more like take it or leave it,” she continued.
“Now the question is whether or not Harry will meet his father during his stay in London, and if yes, would such a decision finally be made or not.”
