Sarah Ferguson is effectively homeless, staying with friends after losing her royal home in wake of Epstein, Andrew

She’s the countess of the couch!

Page Six hears Sarah Ferguson is effectively homeless and camping out with pals after losing her royal home — but is having trouble finding a place to stay in New York after the latest Epstein revelations.

Sources say that since she and her ex-husband, ex-Prince Andrew, got booted from their royal home, she’s been staying with friends, including Priscilla Presley.

Sarah Ferguson is essentially homeless after losing her royal title and being evicted from the Royal Lodge.

Even though they divorced in 1996, the former Duke and Duchess of York lived together in his Royal Lodge mansion in Windsor until he was evicted by his brother, King Charles, after his arrest for his involvement with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Fergie was once a regular visitor to New York, and often stayed at the homes of pals.

But her former benefactors now consider her too radioactive after the latest Epstein email dump to even loan a Frette-fitted futon to.

“Everyone’s telling her that now’s not a good time,” said an insider. “A lot of people actually really like her, but being associated with anyone associated with Epstein just isn’t wise right now.”

Meanwhile, her daughter Eugenie lives in the city. But both mother and daughter think that having Fergie on her doorstep could be harmful for the family.

“Now that Andrew has lost his royal title, the girls [Eugenie and older sister Beatrice] are the only members of the family who are real royals,” said an insider. “It’s more important than ever for them to be kept as far away from the scandal as possible.” (Eugenie might not be feeling terribly hospitable anyway, after it was revealed that her mom wrote to Epstein, “Just waiting for Eugenie to come back from a shagging weekend!!”)

Ferguson’s daughter Princess Eugenie has not offered to let her mother live with her in New York City.

The new emails show a close relationship between Fergie and Epstein in which she said multiple times that they should get married and calls him “the brother I have always wished for.”
